Called in because they offer decent bonuses and wanted to make a single 3 team parlay for the Superbowl. Spoke to "Rick", he told me specifically if I deposit $100 I can get 30%, 4.5x roll, cash out winnings anytime, 30 day hold on deposit + 1/2 bonus. He said 20% if I send $50. Small deposit for me but just wanted to make the ~$100 parlay.

Anyways that was yesterday and management can check the phone tapes but that WAS the offer that I was told. I sent $100 and now Rick says only 20% and if I want 30% I have to do 6x roll + can't withdraw winnings.

I'm not going to file a complaint over $10 but I am a businessman and when you make an offer to someone you cannot change what you offered. Rick lied to me and the fact hes screwing me over $10 is pathetic. After this deposit I am done with them and would recommend others to consider this story, next time they talk to them about bonuses since obviously their word is no good.

I ain't lying and management can check the tapes. Its pathetic that I even have to post this.

First off, that's why you always get a printed copy (or an email) of the conversation. Many times deals change almost daily, and people often hear what they want to hear and are confused as customer service throws numbers and percentages out. That being said, no one pays quicker or is as reliable getting your cash out. Get it in writing and you'll never have this problem.

Personally, I just put $500 in Youwager today and got 20% freeplay, 4.5X turnover, ups out anytime. Considering I'm up for the season from them, I was happy with that. I tried contacting my customer rep for numerous days and no one ever responded, so I just made the deposit thru the website and the 20% freeplay showed up in my account.

Youwager was my go to book a couple months ago, they have gradually got worse and worse by the month. Not sure what's going on

It was probably told to you wrong, or you misunderstood. Their standard bonus (or under $500) is always the same..... 20%, 4.5x roll, 30 day hold, winnings can be withdrawn, OR 30%, 6x roll, 30 day hold, cannot touch any of the funds until the roll and hold are met.

I've been with them a long time, and other than annoying cold calling, they have always been solid. Nobody pays faster, but you have to watch out for their promos..... many of them trigger a new rollover and hold like the wheel of fortune.

I purposely asked him to repeat his offer and he continued to give it. I said you really will give me 30% on $100 cause as you said, I'm used to being offered 20% on $300-$400 deposits with them. He verified it multiple times on the phone last night, yes 30%. He said for $50 it was only 20%. I make the deposit 2 hours later and call in with the info. I'm told 1) the processor is closed til tomorrow and 2) Rick isnt in until tomorrow. I then call Rick today (Monday) and he tells me oh no sir it was 20%. I tell him to check the tape and he calls me back and says yes I can give you the 30% but now its a 6x hold and no winnings withdrew.

Sir you told me 30%, 4.5x roll, 30 days for deposit +1/2 bonus, and winnings can be withdrawn. I had you repeat that offer back to me at least 2-3 times further. You listen to the tape and you still don't make good your offer for an additional $10 FP. It is absolutely pathetic to have lied to me and screwed me over $10 FP. They've lost my business for good because I don't deal with liars. I don't care if they pay good, any bookie I use will have been verified to always paying. Thats a standard. If I make a bet, I get paid. I don't bet with unreputable books.

Considering I could withdraw my $ now instead of making the parlay, I might just do that because this book is shady af to me now. Withdraw my $ and place my bet with Nitrogen, Bookmaker or someone who follows thru with their word.

Shot taking and then whining over missing out on 10 bucks you knew you weren't entitled to anyway like it's the end of the world. You're such a dufus and drama queen it would not surprise me if you rubbed your hands with glee when you found someone making an error you could post in multiple threads about.

I wasn't take shots idiot. I have rec'd 30-40% bonuses from Youwager before. When I was offered 30%, I simply asked him to repeat it cause yes generally smaller deposits like $100 do not earn such high bonuses. Doesn't mean it doesn't always happen. Your also the guy who banned me for posting people warning of scams (I don't scam but apparently you're the dufus here and couldn't read that) and banned me for being a scammer for a month, when I was actually trying to prevent such.

If someone makes an agreement, they need to honor it. Thats simple as it gets.

Its funny that your job is to be a moderator of a sports betting forum. You're going places with your career and I life I see.

Isn't the whole point of this forum to allow users to communicate experiences with sportsbooks? You are trying to censor and prevent me from doing what this forum's whole point is...to prevent sportsbooks from using their players.

Keep on working on your 20k pay a year from the $ that is paid to you by "A" so-called books.
