Is it normal to wait almost 3 hours for a ******** to clear?? Especially today when no prime time games are on??

Sounds unusual but not worrying after just 3 hours.

I contacted them 3 times and it finally cleared. They told me it was an issue with epay. I never had to wait more then 25 minutes in the past and got nervous here.
