We do need more information here to determine if there's meat on the bone and cause to believe the terms of the rebate program were not followed.
Please fill us in or submit a complaint with your player ID and more detail so we can review and escalate to Heritage management for review if necessary. Also, did you have a conversation with staff about why it was not paid?Comment -
I played $100k + in their racebook last year and only had an issue one time with the rebate. It is automatically calculated and sent the 1st of each month by a 3rd party entity that runs the racebook. This should be resolved quickly as I don't think Heritage is out to rob you of 8$.

I have calling heritage every other day since January 1st trying to get this issue resolved. I haven't been given a reason why this rebate hasn't been credited. I have only been told that it is "supposed" to be added automatically on the first of each month.Comment -
