Rivalo closed my account with 1.370,00 usd

Here by trying to solve a problem with the rivalo website and take help of you. I created my account on Sunday 12/20/15 and deposited 100.00 usd by Neteller. I made several winning bets and stick the roolover and I was with a balance of 1370.00 usd. I sent all five documents required for account verification and ALL were approved, including holding my own identity.


I tried a withdraw of 685.00 usd on 12/21/15 and shortly thereafter closed my account.

I did not understand this attitude of the rivalo, but only received this email response:

Our security department detected that you violated our terms and conditions, you confirmed the registration. As described for violating the terms and conditions of your account will remain closed.

I await urgent contact by phone, email ... to resolve this misunderstanding, i not violated any term and condition

send multiple emails to rivalo support to talk about my account and they do not answer me .. I was chat in several days and the rivalo said he would contact me and also do not respond ..


I need you guys to help to recover the 1370.00 usd I have in the account.
