I understand they're supported by sportsbettingonline.ag. While it may take a bit longer to get paid, your funds should eventually get to you. Never heard of anyone getting scammed by either book.

They are very difficult to get in contact with but they do pay. Just not very fast paying.

its my 1st post here, im a regular at the rx... just wanted to say im also in the same situation...

I requested a $500 bitcoin payout on dec 2nd and im still waiting... granted mine was off of sportsbettingonline.ag, but, its the same exact people.. I had wrote to SBR and told them about my experience than the next day they wrote an article about your typical books vs bitcoin books... the value of bitcoin when i requested the payout was $361.40, right after that is when the value shot up to like $450+ ...iThe money was deducted from my account on dec 4th and its still in process... i Know They're waiting for the value of bitcoin to drop back down before they honor my payout, they'll just never admit it.. every time i contact them i keep getting the run around basic message back
"We do our very best to fullfill your payout . However at times there are delays beyond our control. As soon as the information is available, we will be calling."
on 12/17 they put $100 in my account with a description "credit bitcoin problem " .. what good is it if i can't get paid out in the first place ?

i also want to note i requested the remainder of my $499 bankroll thru there paypal payout option on dec 9th... that was never even acknowledged until 2 weeks later when it got rejected.. i thought they deducted the fee's out of the payout amount, not your actual bankroll, so that one was my fault, but this initial $500 bitcoin payout i've been waiting on is total bullshit ... they'll never see another dime of my money

i had left feedback of my experience to SBR's help email address on 12/11 ... Not sure if that's the same as filing a complaint, but im def. clicking that link and filing a complaint as well just incase... waiting 30+ days for a bitcoin payout is insane !
