I went online to request a payout and the option is no longer available. The person on live chat said it is not available while they upgrade it. It is the only method I use for large amounts. Not sure what is going on.

Justbet/ Bookmaker payout issue (Warning)

 There are only two options for large payouts, wire and bitcoin. I attempted two different bank wires with separate bank accounts and was told both were rejected. I never used bitcoin so I attempted a smaller withdrawal to see how it worked and it went fine. After winning a couple large bets they removed the bitcoin withdrawal option from my account. I was told three different reasons from three different people…..down due to upgrade, not enough bet history, and finally it was a management decision. Basically they know wires don’t work and the took away my only option that worked for larger payouts. It was removed one hour after I won a really big bet. I now have no way to withdraw funds without waiting months for the 3k weekly payout. I would not expect this type of behavior from an “A” rated book. Anyone else have issues like this?

Justbet, but it appears the payouts are processed with bookmaker. I assume they have a single owner.

They don't have enough bitcoin to cover or don't want to pay for converting the regular money into bitcoin for the convenience of a sharp player. You should ask if they would return BTC option if you gave them 5% discount (write-off)?

Did you do your deposit via Bitcoin? They have an option to send a check also, 3000 shouldn't be a big deal for them

Not an option for a large amount that would take months due to the 3k limit.

It is not 3000. Basically I won a large amount and they have taken away all options to payout larger amounts. The only option I have is 3k a week checks for months to get it all. For anyone ever expecting to make larger payouts I would not recommend this book.

Thanks for the tip. I tried but no response yet. Any recommendations for a book capable of making larger payouts? Very surprised this is "A" rated on SBR.

I have many times. They took away all my payout options for amounts larger than 3k. Every time I ask why I get a new story. Very frustrating. Changing books but have money stuck with them.

Why are your banks rejecting wires?

That seems strange to happen at multiple banks to one person. Haven't seen other similar reports.

The way I understood it, it's Bookmaker who told him wires were rejected. Not surprised. If a book doesn't want to pay or at least won't go out of its way to pay, there are 10 different things to prevent the payment to go as smoothly as the player would like.

Personally I'd assume they would not use that as a lie when anyone can easily ask their bank.
