give them a chance - it's the holiday season. takes a little more time than usual probably. the point is they may help you get your money. they have helped plenty of people including me. anyways, who else would help? if you are in the US be happy you have anyone at all to help you out.

Sorry Miguel. It's my fault. I am out in the country for a family Xmas and the cell phone reception here hardly works for internet and havent been able to get on at all last 2 days. Heading back to civilization tomorrow and will be caught up by Monday
