hi ive been betting with these guys 4 years 4 deposits a month and once in a while I forget to enter the bonus code I will ask them for it and they will turn me down flat every time. I know its there rule but to treat a loyal customer like that is garbage they granted it to me one time in 4 years. I spoke to j.g thee manager there and said to him why cant you cut a long time customer a break its just a 25 percent bonus deposit I ask for it the same day I deposited and still get turned down he tell me I don't care if you been here 12 years I wont grant it. why treat your customers like scum in 4 years ive deposited constantly so whats the issue I'm not trying to freeroll anyone cause you never given it to me anyway in 4 years is there anyone here who can convince this guy that losing a consistent customer over a measly couple of dollars makes no sense.

also a few time ive deposited money here and my money wont go in for two three hours one time two days and when I tell them its suppose to be a hour or less they say processer issues and expect me to understand when I miss out on games I wanna bet. but if I miss a bonus code then penetrate me . also in 4 years no Christmas bonus very few promotions absoloutley nothing for the customer. while youwager and heritage and others give you free spins and bonuses for loyalty these bums give nothingComment -
