Parimatch.com request a false document !

My incredible story with parimatch.com. I'm new to this forum, which was recommended to me to
fight against abuse.
I am a small bettor who has never had a problem with a book.
Until I met parimatch.com
This is an "exotic" book. Register was a mistake.
To begin, I sent a copy of my ID card. Their response: "provide Response
letter in the best quality of Your ID-card". Strange because this copy
is perfect and has never been denied. I should have beware at that time.
So I sent a copy of my driver's license.
I made a first deposit of €100. After many losses, I redeposited €100.
And suddenly, my account was blocked.
I should mention that my 2 deposits were made with virtual cards.
I guess you know: cards usable only on internet, which serve only once.
The ultimate security.
Parimatch ask me to prove that the virtual cards are mine. I sent them a
screenshot of the program with which I can generate virtual cards. My
name and digits of virtual cards appear (see attached files).
Overall, I sent them 19 documents !!
Now, they write: " "provide us the documental proof that you have opened
virtual cards with bank's signature. You have your bank account so Bank
has to give you this document". They want a signature from my bank but
my bank can not know the digits of my virtual cards. The bank
know only the digits of my real credit card because it is my real credit
card who is debited. Only the number of my real credit card appear on my
bank statement. I can not give them a document who does not exist !
Maybe my bank could give me this document but it would be a false !
Numbers of virtual cards are private !
The situation is blocked as long as they do not want to understand that
a virtual card number can not appear on a bank statement.
I asked them to refund my Neteller deposits but they do not reply. I
deposited €135 with Neteller ( 3,2% fees ! ) and it remains only €109.18
on my balance. And my rollover is 277 €. This money has nothing to do
with my credit card deposits that were lost with my bets. And they asked
me to make another deposit with Neteller when they wrote "To resolve
this situation You need to make a deposit with electronic payment
system".I listened naively. My account was locked and I could not use
this last deposit !
I am desperate because €109.18 is a very large sum for me, small bettor.
Their English is deplorable, it is difficult to understand, they do not
know the politeness, they are slow to respond or do not respond at all.
I bent all their requirements and do not know what to do. They are crooks.
Please help me!

My error. But it is very difficult to find a book which accept my country. That is why I tried Parimatch. They do not respond to my messages. They are able to ignore me and keep my money without reply. I filled a complaint form against this gang of thugs.

And now they ask me to make another deposit ! (on the chat in russian language...) That is what they said 15 days ago so I deposited again by Neteller but my account remained blocked.
I think they are joking. So easy for them ...

I forwarded them a message from my bank. This message confirms that the bank can not provide documents concerning the virtual card numbers because the bank knows only the number of my real credit card . And I sent them copies of my contract. It is stipulated in the contract that on the bank statement, the operations performed by virtual cards appear with the real card number. I can not do more, apart from making a false document !

It's better to use real cards for depositing and withdrawing money from sportsbooks. And Skrill is best of all.

No. Impossible for me to give them a document that my bank can not provide.
They do not know what is a virtual card and they do not want to understand that I can create 1000 or more virtual cards per day. And my bank will never have access to the numbers of those virtual cards. My bank knows only the number of my real credit card. I can repeat and repeat, they are stubborn.

listen to a person who grew up in russia and dealt with russian bookies: bookmakers in russia have no respect for their clients, except for marathonbet.com which is very organized and the only russian bookie that i had no issues with over about 5 years of betting.
The only language other bookies understand there is if you file a police report of fraud against them - then they will return your money in a heartbeat. Why not bet with pinnaclesports or betfair.com? What country do u live in?

Speaking of parimatch - they are a cheap franchise - their web design is ancient and their lines are sold for about a 100 dollars to franchisees per month - and they dont update their odds very swiftly which makes them very vulnerable but as they dont mainly have to pay for losses - they dont care - i suspect their office has like 4-5 people in it, lines are slightly altered from other books and their it department has 1 sole guy in it who is just unlucky to be not knowlegdeable about your virtual cards and he thinks you are scamming him - which is impossible to prove otherwise for u - cause he simply has little time amidst his other duties.

Lesson to learn for you bro search deeper - i am sure there are A rated bookies that will accept u as a client
