Hi SpreadOffense,

The bonus terms associated with this offer make clear that only select clients are eligible for the promotion. Sportsbooks are within their right to decide you're ineligible for a given perk or bonus. Players are seldom limited or turned down promos because of a dollar amount won, but instead playing style. Risk management is a good thing, we often tell players to wear being declined a promo or being limited as a badge of honor.

seems ridiculous - it's $20. we all have seen how generous heritage can be. they should just give him the bonus. it is true that it's not if you win or lose but how you bet that makes books think your a pro. think. at this small of an amount deposited. why not just give him the bonus. how much of a pro can he be with a deposit of $104. and then complaining about a $20 bonus. $20.

Ok so why not tell me that they have banned me from getting the bonus? Instead of waiting til I make another deposit under the assumption of me getting a bonus. If i would of known that I would of taken my business elsewhere. Just a tad messed up in my opinion

None of us know that to be a fact, we were only pointing out the general terms. Have you asked Heritage management for clarification? They would have more insight here than any of us. If you'd like, shoot us your account number to mail@sportsbookreview.com so we can get an answer instead of speculate.

Take you money out, say goodbye for ever and deposit in Youwager/Betpop and end the bullshit way you're treated.

Heritage is solid and they know what they are doing. OP clearly isn't telling us everything.

Just to clarify, we implemented a step to capture some bonus abuse that we were seeing related to Bitcoin deposits. (Withdrawals, followed by immediate deposits, to collect bonuses)

It was a newly released development and unfortunately affected this customer. We've implemented other safeguards to avoid future occurrences.

He was pointed to a rule regarding bonuses, and HE read it to mean that we had classified his account. That was not the case.

Once we determined who the account holder was, we paid the cash bonus and apologized for any confusion.

As always, we welcome anyone that needs any clarification or assistance to contact our supervisory staff or drop me a PM if necessary.

should have known heritage insider would look into this and tell us what happened. it's great having heritage insider here to comment. wish more books did this but few have the confidence it takes that they are treating their customers fair enough to be able to comment publicly in a forum like SBR.

Heritage is the best book in this day and age in my mind. The number one reason is reliability of payouts. I've actually seen an improvement in customer service also. I feel very safe with my money at heritage.

Everybody seems to have problems with bonuses, Ive never taken a bonus in my life, probably not coincidence that books dont want to give away money, maybe the bonus is to lure you in more times than not.
