UK Market - Samvo and Bet Football Gone
Seems two of the major UK Broker options have been forced to pull out of the market. Samvo and Bet Football are both no longer accepting UK customers. I assume it's some kind of government regulation that has forced them out. Premium Tradings and AsianConnect88 are both still willing to accept UK clients but unfortunately neither are able to offer the 2 percent Betfair accounts that Samvo and Bet Football could. However, Premium Tradings are able to give access to an asian betting exchange called Foobet. It's layout is similar to Betfair and it seems to have quite good in running liquidity on football (soccer). Commission is 2 percent on winning bets.

Both PT and AC are also able to give access to Pinnacle and can take orders/place bets via Skype. Any of you had any experience of these services and are they fully legal and reliable? Brokerage still seems to be a very grey area of the market...

UK Gov't wants UK residents to use UK Books

Now Non UK books do not want to pay licensing fees like Pinnacle I guess not worth it to them

Just had an email reply from Bet Football, they no longer do Betfair accounts for new customers, only Matchbook and Betdaq. Still would be handy to have Matchbook and Pinnacle accounts under the same wallet. It's possible to use Bet Football from Republic of Ireland, I guess that could be a possible solution for UK players.

Samvo used to have a UK licence but they seem to have surrendered it recently.

Companies are also withdrawing from Ireland as they too require a locally issued licence.

The Skype betting service is specifically to hide who is making the bets fully. Would not be 'legal' in any jurisdiction but also impossible to detect, so it keeps going.
