I registered at sportsbook.ag a few weeks ago for some football betting.
I had no trouble in the first weeks.
Yesterday I placed some bets at 2 pm. At 5 pm my account was disabled, without giving me any information about this process or the reasons.
Of course I contacted immediately the support. No help. After 24 hours and writing more than ten mails, I know, the account got closed because of ‘management decision’. No idea what that means.
I can’t login, so I can’t see my funds and bets. I am sure that I won some bets, but the customer support isn’t reacting to this. They are just answering that they can’t show me my bet history because my account got disabled and that I have no funds on the account.
It is very frustrating.
So my advice: Save your time and money, don’t play at sportsbook.ag. You’ll just get betrayed.
