Betcris performance

Hi. does anyone have problems with Betcris today? To me is slow most of the time, and in some cases it crashes and gives me the message "502 Bad Gateway nginx". It happens all day. I've asked on the chat, but I got the usual answer "try to delete your cache and blablabla". I just want to see if is their problem, or mine. But I have my doubts the problem is on my side, I've tried it on 3 different computers. Always the same problems. :/

Anyone else?

Update: BetCRIS' site appears to be loading quickly. Let us know if you're still having an issue, and we'll ask management if there's any hiccups on the tech end.

On the chat (I was there 3 times today) they told me everything works fine. But 90% of the time today, I could not open it at all. And the remaining 10% it was slow as hell. :/

Now is not working at all.

We are logged into our test account at both sites normally, we asked a manager if certain regions might be having slower performance.

My only logic is that my country is the problem. I cannot open it on 4 different devices, with different internet providers. So is not an account problem (it doesn't work even when I'm not logged in), is not device problem, is not internet provider problem, and is not Betcris problem (they say everything is ok). So it must be country related. As the signal is lost when it goes from my country to Betcris and viceversa.

No. Site is NOT UP! When you try to place a wager, it times out. They are aware of the problem and are fixing it.

The front page may be up, but when you try to login or place an actual wager, it times out.
