10Bet settlement error followed by total failure to respond.
Last Sunday week 10Bet erred in resulting and settling on a UK horse race.

I backed the winner of the race and on settling, 10B applied a pretty steep deduction on account of a couple of non-runners.

Or at least they were non-runners according to the results page on the 10Bet site.
Trouble is both "non-runners" did participate in the race and one of them actually managed to run into a placing!

I brought the error to their attention the following day and have followed them up several times since but I've had no response at all.

Finally, yesterday I sent an email saying I was lodging a formal complaint. More over their total lack of communication than the issue itself which, to be honest, amounts to a relatively insignificant $69.

That's bloody annoying when it is that clear and you just get ignored!

If you want SBR to help chase it up, you know the routine: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

haven't seen a live chat facility
under contact there's only a contact form (which I used initially), phone, fax and email

Email is almost always better than live chat for complicated stuff like this I think.

              That's what I thought.
I sent them a screenshot of their results on the race and also of the full result on the Racing Post site showing the discrepancy.
Not sure that the live chat operator would be able to follow through on that.
It was the 16:10 race at Bath on 18 Oct if anyone's interested in looking at it.

What horses do they have scratched that arent?

Looks like 4, 10 and 12 were out.
