As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.
We wanted to make sure the system and site were restored and secured before bringing things back online and you will see that we are requiring all forum users to reset their password as a precautionary step.

I've been using Bovada but wonder if there's any other options? I looked through the top recommended books here and most of them are not geared towards Soccer (few lines, poor interface, etc...).

5dimes for soccer... by far. Most leagues offered, 1/2 game wagering, a lot of 2nd half wagering, props, live wagering....
I like the layout for finding/displaying all the different leagues and matches too.
