    5dimes terrible customer service
I have had a account with 5Dimes for years but in the last 2 months I have had the worst experiences with them. Just recently i requested a payout on monday via live chat the woman processed my payout and said it would be deducted from my account in 2 business days. I contacted them today to see how everything was going because the funds handnt been deducted from my account and they told me that i had to resubmit documents that i sent to them a few month ago. So i said ok and promptly sent it over. I then asked them to process the initial cashout request and they told me that I had to resubmit it I said ok but then they informed me that unless I waited till next monday they would charge me 80 dollars for a 3200 dollar check. It sounds like to me they are going thru some financial troubles I would pull your money out or at least be very careful with this company

"Remember, redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00AM and 1:00PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days."

    Financial troubles? Oh yeah right.

I had them move my "free payout period" to another day because of how many people request on a Monday.

Not really. You gotta understand it's hard for US players to get paid now. I just requested a p2p payout today and found out I was blacklisted. Money and fees is reimbursed into my account and they are finding another method most convenient for me

My only problem is I can't access their site right now. Mirror or mobile either.

Nothing new here with 5dimes ppl keep acting surprised lol even thou they are a great out for US backers they know this and take advantages sometimes, rather do my business with ppl who actually act like they care even if they dont with other books

We need to keep in mind it's not always the casinos fault, the banks and money movers can and will make it difficult if they want to, it's an ever changing struggle at times. It's easy to get upset and blame the casinos for holding our money but patience is a virtue in these matters.
