bet was under 5.5 Goals for the game, it was tied 2-2 , the game went to OT then a Shoot out, how does the score gonna be to decide the winner of the game for grading purposes ,is it adding 1 point to the winner of the shootout or all the scores on the shoot out gonna be added to the score , this is a problem with one of the TOP BOOKS listed in this site .. How does it works guys???

Unless they have some strange rule I have never heard of, 1 goal is added to regular time score for the total in NHL games. Other leagues have different rules.
This should not be a big problem. Find their rules and send an email if it is graded incorrectly.
