If you never deposited, had a rollover on free money that you never completed within a stated time frame, and didn't bet for over a year, I'm not really grasping your complaint here. I mean, was this really from a promotion five years ago??

Green Dot has changed their operation, but it's similar. They are now debit cards, which you have to register on their website so the government can keep track. Before it was all anonymous, now they know who you are and where you live. Go to their website to find out all the details.

Because you were wagering with promo cash, there were applicable rules to that promo that limited withdrawals to a specific cashier option. We don't see much meat on the bone here, they provided you with instructions on how to draw the payout. Let us know if you do so.

They clearly give you option to withdraw money via green thingy. You declined and asking stupidly again and again what will happen with your money.

I don't blame book. I blame the entitled, privileged customer who thinks has power to destroy book by posting something in which customer is clearly wrong.

Depends on the sport and timing. But no, that sounds lower than normal, so you have probably been IDed as a sharp bettor.

$120 not too bad though really if that is the case. See much lower limits for sharps from other books regularly.
