LocalBitcoins, contrary to what it might sound like, isn't a site about arranging transactions with strangers who live near you. Rather it's a person to person site that has an escrow function built in that makes it decently safe to exchange Bitcoins and cash.

I thought it might be fun to crowdsource some reviews of these. I'm sure that some suck and some are out of date, and hopefully there's a few indispensable ones as well.
So if you want to participate watch one, note your own level of experience, then link to it and give us your review.
