I believe it's a high-roller club, anotherwards large betters or people who hold large sums in their account. Regulars like us were not supposed to know about it. I just happened to be in that page looking around late last night and saw the wheel up so I took a spin and it worked. Glad people were able to cash in!!!!!!!
