I have been playing at both for over 10 years and not once had a payout issue. In fact they pay out faster than most books out there. I don not understand your comment at all.

I take it you didn't have to wait 3 months for a payout to be sent to your house from Wagerweb prior to early Feb 2015. Standard practice at that time.

Yeah I knew that way was slow from Wagerweb back then, just always did the money transfer thing and that only took about 5 hours to get cash in hand. My point was I have never had to worry about getting paid from them or Heritage. The poster made it sound like they are scam books, which obviously they are not.

have you gotten a bonus there? They want me to call a manager which I've never had to do. Is that normal?

I never take bonuses from any books, so I would not know. Seems like when you take a bonus there is too much requirements before cashing out. I just like to be able to cash out whenever I want without any rollovers or waiting 30 days.
