Anybody else receive this notice? Sbr can maybe find out how long this situation is likely to exist?

Talk to them directly about your account.

They still accept NT.

I have no idea still why 5Dimes send me notice of No NT, but I receive payment with NT from them couple hours ago. Hope it stays like that.
