Betonline Bonus Complaint

I made two deposits with BetOnline and each time they denied my bonus. The first time they said I had a pending game that included free play money so they denied my bonus. The second time I made a deposit they told me that my balance was to big so I would not get a bonus. However, my balance was far less than my deposit amount as I lost over $1,000. They are totally unprofessional on the phone and live chat and obviously don't care about my business. I realize that this is not a good book, but is this typical with them?

BetOnline..straight up Trash. By the way..Sportsbetting.com...are the same people..same company..stay away from these two sportsbooks..I had issues when I played poker..on both of them..like you said..they could..careless...go with 5Dimes.

A few crumby books have that clause where no balance and no withdrawals in x amount of time or some shit..

But being down a dime they should throw you a bonus, if they don't that's just super penetrating lame and you should take your business elsewhere.

Thanks for the advice. I did fill out a form a few days ago. I didn't know what else to do I tried to nicely talked to BetOnline three or four times and each time they were very rude and really didn't care. I got crushed this weekend and my balance may be zero and then I won't do business with them again anyway. Really they should not be A+ they are really awful.

Betonline is just refusing to give me my bonus even though I was told I would get it prior to depositing. They also charged me a fee for a deposit that did not cost them a penny to receive.
