i have been outright banned from smaller books, but bovada is supposed to be a major shop. i can understand monetary limits, but i'm shocked they would completely cut me off from major markets like mlb and nfl.

Bovada keeps its sportsbook small time. They are focused primarily small deposits. If you are going to bet big and win, they are going to show you the door.

After 2 days of gambling with bodog
Baseball limits $20 .Also limit maximum win $20 LOL . Yes they do have that Wager/Win max
Soccer $50 (same wager and max win).
Basketball $33 .
This book is a joke . The software is ridiculous .Try to make 6 different wagers from 5 different leagues you will need at least half an hour (i am not joking).Too slow to load up,if you wanna jump to another league it takes you back to English Premier league WTF. And then when you finally make it lets say Italy you will need to select Serie A after you do that only first 4 games will show ,then you will need to select all

and each step takes at least a minute to load up . Finally you make a bet and if over $50 it puts your bet on hold .After few min they tell you you are over the limit . Even if you master all the new tricks that new software has to offer it will take you few min to place a wager .
WNBA is not even listed for betting (listed not talking about odds) , they get listed 3-4 hours prior to a game that for the spread , Over Under -2-3 hours prior to a game time .
Soccer lines juiced to 40-45 cents depends on the league.
This book is useless .

Same thing happened to me. I reached out to them and got told twice that they don't know why this is happening and that they are working on fixing it. They also insisted that I do not keep calling them because at this point, there is nothing they can do (customer service apparently waiting for feedback from technical team). Can't believe that a sportsbook like Bodog would use this kind of approach to ban people. Still hoping this is a technical issue ... but I'm starting to have my doubts.

Full disclosure: I was already restricted in many markets, but only as to monetary limits. For example, I was only able to wager a maximum of $25.00 on boxing; $7.50 on entertainment, etc. However, now I can't even wager $1.00 on any markets except the four I mentioned above (see attachment).

Obviously I plan on reaching out to their customer service, but I wanted to check if anyone else has encountered this message, and also whether anyone has suggestions as to how I should attempt to get reinstated.

This is the same excuse the directors of Canbet started using just before it went belly up.
