Trying to find sportsbook with parlays for live soccer bettiing

I certainly don't know of any. As a British expat in the US I just feel lucky to be able to bet on sports at all. I used to have about 12 accounts in the UK with dozens of props for each soccer game. Sports betting here is anemic at best, and is only going to get worse.

any comments on intertops? was just looking at them and they seem to offer inplay parlays but not many soccer games to bet on as i look at their schedule. and also are there any ways we can access european sites like through VPN or proxies?

Many US books don't offer parlays on in play , in play genrally is poor stateside

Don't think Intertops takes US players any longer.

Using a VPN is fine if the book wants to take you but can't 'if they know' where you are coming in from. But it won't help you too much otherwise unless you also have foreign identity docs and payment processor or bank.

the only book I've seen live soccer parlays is 5dimes

5dimes does offer live soccer parlays but you dont have many games in the first place to do parlays.
intertops does take US players. any comments on their payouts and customer service?
