    Sportsbook.com
    Hi guys,

I opened an account with Sportsbook.com two years ago, when I was living in Virginia, mostly due to the ease of deposit. I've recently looked into withdrawing some of my funds, but have been unable to update my account information as I have since moved to Washington DC. DC is not available as an option on the state selection dropdown menu, and a quick search revealed that Sportsbook "does not operate" in DC (or Missouri).

Any suggestions on how to successfully update my account info and receive a payment? I know lots of folks around here have gripes about Sportsbook already, and I don't want to give the site a good excuse to play games.

    Thanks for your help.

You are ****ed if they find out. I would use the mailing address of a friend or family member not living in D.C.

Well, what a good book would do is weigh the fact that you once resided in a state they accept, and just send you a Moneygram for the rest of your balance and disable your account.

I can't suggest anything else other than explaining the situation to an account manager.

      Welcome to SBR forum.

I would contact them and speak to a manager, but I would tell them you are moving to DC effective immediately, and would like to know what your options are. I think the fact that you already moved could mean you violated their rules, so I wouldn't tell them you already moved.

Also, if they say they can't send the check to DC, try contacting whoever is at your old address to see if you can work something out with them.

Existing customers should not have a problem changing the address. i would not advise using a friends/familys address because they are strict on the utility bill/ID docs.
