It usually takes less than 24 hours, they will send you an email confirming your acc number and password, if you haven't received that yet, email epay@5dimes.com include your account and password and that you submitted a bitcoin payout request.

I rec'd an email confirming the payout but nothing else. No "confirmation email" or something where I needed to do something.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the supervisor Ignacio over at 5Dimes. He has treated me with great respect and also extended a great deal of help towards me last couple of days when I had issues. No he didn't give me any free plays or cash for the troubles but he was very honorable in making things right, I'll just say that.
If you ever have a major issue that you need a higher up to discuss with, I would recommend Ignacio. Always remember though - cooler heads will always prevail. Don't be pissed off, show respect and you will get it back.
I have always found 5dimes reps helpful. Not matter how pissed you start sentence with please and end with thanks.
12 years never had any problems with there reps

Gonna disagree on this one, the normal reps seem to be like robots. They are not personable or friendly at all from my experiences. I expected the same when I asked for management to discuss a personal account situation and Ignacio was surprisingly friendly and was more then helpful.

5Dimes is still in the stone age regarding bitcoin. Should take minutes, not hours, and email, etc., should not even be in the equation. Process should be hassle free. That said, glad you got paid.

Good to hear because I thought I heard they were requesting ID for them but was not sure.

got paid 5 bitcoin yesterday, took about 8 hours total. They send you a security email to verify that you requested and the address to which you want it sent.
I would prefer a fixed time frame. Other than that very smooth
I will also add, the customer service was excellent . I sent several emails in between and they replied in a quick and good way.
Requested max BTC on Friday 1pm and it was sent Saturday night late. Thought it should've been faster but no complaints here.

I've been playing at 5D for 10 years plus , long before BTC existed so I've deposited using every method and not BTC exclusive therefore I'm limited. I'm just happy they raised it from 1k/week. I'm under the impression if I keep using BTC the limits will be lifted or at least raised. It looks like the amount has changed again, I was told 5k and this says 2.5k.
Here is the T&C.
"If you EXCLUSIVELY deposited using Bitcoin, there is no limit on the amount you can request as a payout via Bitcoin. Bitcoin payouts are free of charge and subject to availability". Customers, who have not exclusively deposited with Bitcoins or have not deposited with Bitcoins at all, are allowed one Bitcoin payout every 7 days for up to $2500. Bitcoin payouts are free of charge and subject to availability

I recently noticed the same thing...one place on their site says 5K weekly limit and another says 2.5K. Either way, its better than the original 1K limit!

Late last night received an email from them to verify the request. Replied to it this morning.
husker, I got paid as well. Just got the email this morning and within hours got the payment. Pretty smooth transaction and again 5dimes has impressed me even more! I understand they may take longer than a Bitcoin Only sportsbook like nitrogen with payouts via bitcoin, but that is because they have a lot more risk with chargebacks and everything else to deal with. So the 1 day process to get a bitcoin withdrawal is acceptable to me, considering the facts.

One has nothing to do with the other. As already stated, email/password/account info shouldn't enter the equation. Just more red tape to drag out what should take minutes. Still better than the alternatives.

What's crazy is the amount that you get isn't always the same because the exchange sites are so volatile. I requested 3k and got it in coinbase. It was as high as $3,200 before withdrawing at 3020. So because of their stupid pending bullshit I lost almost $200 waiting for the funds to clear so I can withdraw to my bank account. So volatile its nuts. But easiest headache free way to withdraw.

Either transfer to another book or bank acct. I don't leave it too risky with the ridiculous swings in value. This worked agsinst me as BC went from 360 to 400 overnight...surreal.

Bitcoin is on the rise as we speak. Up 72% in the last three months so now wouldn't be a bad time to withdraw. Sit on bitcoin for a little bit and sell high

Im just an extremely unlucky person when it comes to money. If I touch gold it turns into dust kinda thing. If i leave a few in there I will wake up and see it shut down or something dont wanna cause a worldwide meltdown.
