Most places will not respond to you with specifics by email because their reps screw up too much and then they are stuck with a written response.

Not really shady, but pretty dumb way to respond to a new depositors questions.

I guess they have different offers for different accounts but could have simply told you the generic one for everyone then said the offer may vary for existing accounts and you'll need to verify yours before seeing your exact offer.

Topbet is using Futurebet software but unlike early sportsbooks who went under who relied on Futurebet to process payments for them, Topbet has their own payment processors. This is why they are not on the blacklist. There were some slow-pays recently that were corrected, the shop was temporarily downgraded to C- until the issues were resolved.

For the love of God, don't use Topbet. They just stiffed me on a +3000 bet because it hit, but had no problem taking my money on a hedge bet. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they're CROOKS. Someone needs to downgrade them to an F because they suck balls. I am still SEETHING from the terrible customer service call I had with their even worse Filipino call center. You can't speak to anyone who actually works for Topbet, just their outsourced call center.

What were the bets? Was it a bad line reversal?

I put in two prop bets for 1st to Score in Real Madrid vs Granada today. Real Madrid was +3000. Granada was +500. Obviously I took Real Madrid with the full limit of $100, and hedged it with a smaller one on Granada just in case. No Goals Scored was at -1100. They cancelled my bet on Real Madrid because the f'ed up their line. They never informed me and insist that they did it prior to the start of the game but they didn't. They let the Granada one hit though because it was a loss.

I can't find any record of FTTS odds but if the +500 was also out of whack with the market I'd expect them to cancel that one too.
