So SBR downgrades Betphoenix because of an one unusual payout situation without even looking into the situation first?? This place has or had one payout complaint on record and they downgraded them to C-. 5 dimes has an incident pending right now and no downgrade? Another reason why these sportsbook ratings on here are BS.

Thought they had been a C a while, they deserve a better rating IMO, but not much better, lines are not great, payout options not best in industry and customer service isn't best, however they pay and on time and unfortunately that's a big plus these daysComment -
Betphoenix is lower than 1 vice and hr wager in my opinion. Much much better options out there. Plus they have god awful sales reps.Comment -

Skybook is in the same family as betphoenix,betmania,betlatina. AB and 1Vice used to be under the same roof, but 1vice expanded out over a year ago. ab is good for recreational, however I don't like to be limited to the amount I deposit or less.Comment -

I did not realize these books offer the exact same things, have the exact same managers dealing with issues and the exact same history of complaints and how they deal with them.

The player confirmed receiving his payout this morning. Ratings get adjusted as payout issues are received. The movement from C- to C or vice versa is not something to be overly concerned with unless the issues go unresolved and many players start complaining, such as what's going on with Sportsbook.com, that's when you get into D ratings or worse.
As for Optional's post, it is true that different sites within the same parent company often carry different ratings. Dimeline at D and VIPSports.eu at D- is one of many examples, different CS managers, accounting departments, software, lines, licensing, there are many reasons why ratings will be unique to a shop. As for the issue this thread was created about, it is now resolved and BetPhoenix has their C back.

Out of that family of books BetMania is ran the best
and most efficient. Would love to see their rating at
maybe a B. Skybook I feel is ran the second best of
the three in the family. BetPhoenix rating is about right.
Feel the other two in the family have better managers
and customer service reps.
