Seen people complain about them refusing service for simply asking simple questions on a forum before joining.

I would say it would depend, too black and white for me, I see many places have guidelines and what can be there as rules are at the discretion of.
I mean sign might say school zone 25mph max, cop gets you doing 30. by right should be a ticket , if he lets off with a warning at his or her discretion.

Discretionary or guidelines , rules can be enforced though, so it might not apply to you where maybe someone else might have to be held accountable depending on the scale of abuse, which would make it a rule technically but can be enforced at the persons discretion.

The major books are way more well capitalized than 1Vice. They also will not run the bonuses that 1Vice runs because the risk is too great. Bonus books like 1Vice are always going bust.

But the major books would let you bet as much as you want and beat them for as much as you want. 1Vice will give you a $20 collar and make you bet a few thousand games if it comes down to it.

There are a lot of very smart bettors that believe that 1Vice is a Ponzi scheme and they are going to go bust. None of these books ever intend to go bust. Things just get away from them. Nobody has any idea what kind of operation they are running.

1Vice is pretty much dealing 105 odds and that hasn't been easy to pull off.

Some years the linesmakers have a bad year and when they do will they be able to pay out the bonuses he has taken on. That will always be an unknown.

Heres honestly what happened: I made the thread about the payout and I truly wasn't making it in a negative light, I had never even heard of the negative names that are associated with such a thread. People always question the strength of 1vice and a $300 deposit into 4 figure sum was a decent sized withdrawal to show people they can pay. After I realized that the last person to make such a thread was paid on the 30 day deadline (supposedly, don't know if it was true) and all the negativity from other posters (to pay me as late as possible) I realized that I will be moving in 26-27 days. So if the money comes on 30th day I'm screwed. I know that the timeline is given but all sites give a 30 day timeline for check and that sort of thing but always they come in on average 2 weeks. Anyways I went to live chat and asked to speak to griffin and Tommy replied and literally went back and hounded me for every single problem or question I ever asked them in the past 2 months. Everything. Then he started being rude, calling me names, saying to recommend a ban for me and all I asked was to speak to Griffin. The last straw was when Tommy said in summary after making that payout thread how long do you think were gonna take to pay you. Realize its 30 business days and when I asked what business days to them were he gave an extremely vague answer and said could be awhile, you gotta think of holidays and all that. So yeah thats when I brought my issue here. Immediately griffin contacted me and made things right assuring me it would be the usual 2 weeks to receive my money and I 100% believe him. So lesson learned, don't deal with Tommy. Also, my account has been limited to $10 max wagers but I can still log in, so I assume I'm out though.

I then messaged two people of SBR to remove the threads and it was not under any pressure or free play or anything by Griffin to do so. Griffin had worked out the problem with me and I felt bad to be badly publicizing their name. In the past when I called out an A rated book for giving me a payout issue (check didn't clear) eventually I asked for that thread to be removed and IT WAS. The response I got from a mod on asking for this thread to be deleted was:

"Per upper management, threads like these cannot be deleted. To paraphrase, what they said in effect is that we cant let shit books delete feedback by offering freeplays. I don't know if that was actually the case, I am just the messenger here."
