I was wondering how long do complaints usually last until they are resolved with SBR?

I had a complaint with BETDSI regarding a wager issue

just a note:
Hands down, betdsi has been the best book around. I never had 1 payout issue and will hopefully continue to use them in the future. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly so I may move forward as a loyal customer.

Don't believe anything this guy says. DSI is almost perfect I've never had an issue with them
