So I have been a member at 5Dimes for awhile now. I'm mainly a casino and poker player, but sometimes make sports bets.
But 90% of my play is at the live dealer.
So, I decide to use their casino rebate. I signed up last year.
To keep this message short, I have over $5,000 in deposits and only $785 in payouts.
However, 5dimes considers me a winning casino player so I'm not eligible for a casino rebate. I think I only got one rebate and that was last summer.
Their formula is ridiculous. It's near impossible to be considered eligible for the rebate.
So just a heads up to not sign up for their casino "rebate". You will never be eligible
I thankfully closed my account with them finally. Which they make impossible as they won't permanently close an account. So I had to change my password to something ridiculous and I had to delete my email address associated with that account.
I'm not mad about losing, I'm mad that their formula makes it impossible to get a rebate.
If over $5k in deposits and only $785 in payouts isn't considered a losing player eligible for a rebate, I'll take my money elsewhere.
I don't expect a lot of sympathy on here but if I can warm at least one person, great. 5dimes doesn't care about you as a customer, plain and simple.
