Unreal...noting yet. Deposited into another book to get some bets in because these sloths cant check emails and dont give a damn about customers. A review at ripoffreport.com or similar site -- I can't recall -- had a client who has a background in net security mentioning the betcoin site is so easily hackable that its ridiculous and they do nothing to change that...that scared me as well.Comment -

Nitrogen is probably the best of all the bitcoin books. Their deposits and withdraws usually within minutes. Their grading times seem to be faster as well. For some reason all the bitcoin books do not seem to grade wagers very quickly. That is the only bad thing about them. Other than that no problems.Comment -

It's now been 5 hours since I've been waiting to hear back from BetCoin regarding an incorrectly graded wager. The CS rep I spoke to has no clue what is going on. It's like the grading dept is on f-in Mars. The game that I wagered on was actually completed about 9 hours ago, and here i am still waiting. LOL.
The thing is, I bet on a side and a total on this wager (two separate wagers). They graded the side incorrectly, but graded the total correctly. Why the ffffff couldn't they just use the information used to grade the total to re-grade the side? It's not the $ I'm concerned about cuz it was peanuts, it's the 'who gives a crap about the customer' attitude that's wrong.Comment -
The response I just got from Aidan during live chat was...my issue still isn't corrected because no supervisors are here to deal with my issue. AND, that the supervisors at Coinbet are aware that during the weekends things are slower (which means less people are working).
