Has Heritage Surpassed 5Dimes?

Put in for the payout that says 12-36 hours for funds, I got messaged saying funds ready in about 3 hours from Heritage. Last two years its not so easy at 5Dimes to get funds, anyone else think this still young book has surpassed 5Dimes? Only thing I wish Heritage had more in--progress games to bet on live.

As far as payouts yes. As far as live lines and totals hell no, 5Dimes is the very best. But it doesn't matter if its a hassle to get your money out, 5dimes has been awful lately

Surprisingly Heritage has outperformed 5Dimes with high quality customer support.

Clearly, that's how you win in business. But 5Dimes didn't get the memo.

Heritage is the best in the business. 5dimes is a very close 2nd, and bet online is a far behind 3rd

Yup 5D has been really bad about withdrawals lately.

My guess, only, is 5Dimes processors are tied up because they process more withdrawals....Heritage doesn't have the winners playing there that 5 Dimes does.

They both have their perks. I prefer Heritage overall. People who complain about Heritage's customer service clearly do not interact often with books. 5dimes is really frustrating as they seem to have 1-2 customer service reps who have knowledge to help you with questions. If you need further help good luck getting someone who can assist you within 48 hours. It's constantly "XXXX is currently unavailable please try again tomorrow".

I've never had the above problem with Heritage. There is always someone who can assist you without delay. Also, enough can not be said about Heritage Insider. He can assist with any questions about your account and usually replies very quickly. I've only seen 5Dimes reply on SBR in the event of a crisis.

Heritage by far is the better book, got paid 27k in a weeks time, cant beat that even though i do fuss about there deposit options and deposit times also wish the customer service was open 24/7. have great limits and always can call and see about raising limits if taking bet over phone.
