5Dimes didnt even know about hertiage not doing them. heritage insider- any word?? customer service told me its been going on "a few days" but they dont expect it to be permanent

Sometimes it can be difficult getting an answer on an unusual question from a normal CS rep at any book. Having Insider available makes getting the correct answer easy. Seems like a great help to have around and I've sung his praises to Mike several times.
