#109Maybe SBR should start another thread with all the new complaints on how much $$ is currently owed and how many people have filed new complaints since this post over a month ago .. Since the original thread got so many payouts processed..Comment -

Yes he is right, don't do it.
I waited 1 month then ended up canceling one because hit a losing streak only to put in another request a few days after, I have currently been waiting 2 months now on this current one.Last edited by iceminers26; 07-20-15, 04:01 PM.Comment -

#112While management claimed all of the reported complaints (per the last dated post) were processed, only a small handful have confirmed receiving their payouts so far. It is helpful when players confirm when receiving payment so we can remove from our list. A new update will go up soon with all of the latest complaints. Historically this is the quarter that Sportsbook.com would traditionally have the most player deposits coming in, but more players are realizing that they're struggling to pay which brings up about the "processing issues".Comment -

#114Requested payout on May 16th for $1322.,,,and filed complaint with SBR a month ago. Original time frame for payout was 3-5 weeks, then went to 6-8 weeks, and today I live chatted with a rep. The live chat option is MUCH harder to find on the site, but it is there in the FAQ section of withdrawal time frames. Rep stated she had no idea when I would get paid....but that I would get paid. Just stated "processing delay"...nothing else specific.
To be fair, I have had an account with them since 2002....dealt with the crazy 6 month payout wait back in 2006 or so when they "switched" processing companies and my last 3-4 payouts over the last two years have been about 30 days...which is long buy not overly unbearable. I have always gotten paid, but I am done with them if I get my money. I mainly bet them for live betting, but it isn't worth the hassle anymore. I'll stick with 5dimes and the bad lines knowing I can get my money in a week.
Best of luck to all those waiting for $$Comment -

#120I have been waiting since May 17th. (9+ weeks). The Sportsbook.ag representative on the phone told me that there is a payment processor issue and she didn't know when I could expect payment.
I have also submitted a complaint to SBR a couple weeks ago.Comment -

#121Amazing how many people play(ed) at this book despite the long time D or lower rating. I guess name branding really helped them with search engines.
Good luck to you guys still waiting. Truly hope you get you ca$h!!!Comment -

#128Not Processed Yet
Sent another inquiry, quick reply, but same BS request has not yet been processed, going on four months now. Final sentence please stop sending questions until we send you a notice that it has been processed.
Bottom line I do not believe I will be paid.

#131Rbrune11 if you don't mind me asking, what was the amount of your withdrawal? I have a sizable wire (5k) that remains pending for almost a month. Do you think the size of withdrawal can influence the delay times?Comment -

#133My withdrawal is also for a larger amount ($2500 check) and I'm in the US. I have been waiting since May 17th and it is still pending. I haven't made any bets since requesting the withdrawal. Not sure if any of this really matters but I figured it might be helpful to put out there.Comment -

I recommend everyone to stay away from this website. They are deserving of the D- rating SBR has given.
I did a google search on them before playing and the one website I viewed stated they can take 6-8 weeks for a payout but they do pay. For me 6-8 weeks was not an issue since I'm in the US. I should have been more thorough in my research of sportsbook.ag. Now that I have found SBR I will be more knowledgeable and careful if I decide to bet online again.Last edited by swishin13; 07-28-15, 10:58 PM.Comment -

#138I would say everyones going to get paid mid-sept, right after they get their football deposits. Problem is people are stupid and will continue to play with them until next season and we will see a similar thread. It's not like this is the first season where payouts slowed down come baseball season.Comment -
