Gotta totally agree with you relaaxx... and I live in Nevada but the wagering from home is shite. ! I remember having a pinnacle account well funded and then boom " we all closing all US accounts permanently " and of course my cheque was sent to me in full.
Sometime, probably sooner rather than late the entire thing for US players will crash and burn and millions will be lost forever.

bookmaker has somewhat taken over, because the bitcoin withdraw is much easier than other methods at 5Dimes, but I like the layout/options much more at 5dimes. Always liked the open parlays at 5dimes and if you leave one open at bookmaker, they make you call in, which I don't care for much.

betfair horses and in play wagering on american sports, great opportunities there.
Bet online for casino , just for fun really but have been getting the upper hand lately.
Paddypower and boylesports for tennis and golf, in play markets good value there.
betphoenix,1vice for bonuses great value there also . makes the money go a long way for a hedge position as reduced juice helps.
bet365 live soccer great available markets with no cap wagering. Larger limits a huge plus to recover in these markets.
tried a few others over the years, 5dimes and heritage cause ease of payment was a big plus but it has all been cut and hacked to bits of recent years.
current not playing bitcoin as missed the kick on the cheap bitcoin and volatility is of concern.

not currently funded anywhere else, but it is enough work to churn a daily profit as it stands with the above.

not sure, i think 6
