Made a plastic deposit at a book. Not an A rated book here. Provided the required paperwork as well as extras they asked for. After several months ran up my balance and at this point the book mentions that I had issues on deposits with another sportsbook in the past and confiscates my winnings as well as my original deposit. I had a fairly large balance at the time. Do they have a right to do this and is their anything I can do?

Can't see its anything but takin a shot at you. If SBR has any kind of relationship with book u might get some relief. If the books have some shared ownership, U are probably in a bad spot. Still, all in all, I think Justin7 would say in the case of shared ownership that all you were due in penalty was what you owed subtracted from your balance. Then pay u whats left.

What is the book having current problems with? What is the book that have bad history with?

I wouldn't see why there would be a problem unless they are owned by the same company / in same network.

completely different books, not owned by same company/network. However books share information among themselve and can see my past deposit info.

absolutely no way -- name the book that's holding your money so every other person who did a ********** does not deposit there.

also, every person who does a ********** for no other reason except they lost deserves this kind of treatment. but just because it's deserved isn't a good enough reason. SBR should be able to help you out. if they want to.

That does not sound reasonable or fair from what you say.
