Bet365 Verification review, help me

Hi everyone,
I registered a bet365 account 3 years ago and basically, it did not need to verify the information on passport! about a week ago,I sent my passport to finish their Know Your Consutomer(KYC) program and they told me there was a mismatch of my birthday, so I explained that the birthday on my passport is correct. This Monday, I found my account have been locked by them and the advisor told me my account was under Verification review and they can't even tell me what is verification review about and just keep copy and paste something like "we will complete it ASAP and I can't tell you any further information" I have been wait for a nearly a week now and I don't even know what is going on and whether they will give my money back?


Did anyone experience the situation before? How long exactly do I need to wait? I hope you guys can help me. Thanks very much!

This happens whenever their automatic ID verification system doesn't clear you. Or there is a conflict of info like your birth date.

It never happens fast. A week or two is not abnormal. Sometimes longer. I guess because only a few specialists look over each query.

If there is a good reason for the birth date conflict you should be cleared eventually I would guess.

I would send them a polite email about weekly to ask if your account is cleared yet.
