sorry to hear that - can't believe that shit book is still around - it was the worse place i ever played. i was playing there in the first weeks of their existence. and it was a nightmare from day one. they did not screw me worse than a couple other books but i still think they are the worse book i ever played at.

In addition to the above threats, the player insulted Sam on live help and threatened to inflict bodily harm on staff. He has been banned.

As for his sportsbook complaint, the sportsbook is communicating with SBR via email and has stated that the player did a reversal on a transaction.

Don't speak good about this book or anything like that. They can lie straight out and will do anything to try and convince this guy he did something wrong. I would insult Sam and anyone who works for this scam book. U guys forgot what they did to me a few years back because I won't a few grand? What was there excuse for not paying me....oh yeah cause I posted on this forum..Screw this book and any of the other books they have.

i agree this place will say anything - and anyone who works there can't be trusted. love to see this place close up - saving a lot of heartbreak for gamblers who find out too late how bad they are.

OK sorry I thought it was the Dimeline chat rep I take back that part. I just hate this book so much I would have rather a book just close up shop than what they did to me. These losers would even call me from time to time telling me I would be paid and ask me why I posted on SBR, like as if they were just toying with me knowing I cant say anything because they have my money. In my eyes worst book and people out there.
It's to bad OP didn't do a search for this book he would have easily seen all my and others threads about how bad these books are.

SBR u should also give the guy a chance, I know he probably said stuff to Sam out of anger because Dimeline really knows how to get under someones skin when they owe them money. I hate even reading this thread and seeing someone else getting strong armed by this place!!!!

Yeah he should be given a chance. What does it matter that he not only threatened Sam but the rest of us here?

At what point do degen gamblers have to start taking ownership of their own shit? Maybe that's a thread in itself. Yesterday I had someone come into chat and say "give me my freeplay" and I told the asshole to go get some manners. Today it's this disaster and then the OP sends an email to SBR today with the first sentence stating "I am a little surprised and disappointed that you guys aren't helping me -- what does that say about the industry?"
