I have registered at Fortunawin few years ago, crazy odds, really slow, but they limited me after very few bets. I withdrew but left 12 EUR just for fun, so I could place a small bet every now and then. To be honest, I completely forgot about it and haven't logged in account since then.
Few days ago, they send me an email that they are ceasing their service after May 1st, but site will be opened for withdrawals until May 31st. I log in, try to withdraw, but minimal withdrawal is 30 EUR. I can't deposit because it's not possible anymore, just withdrawals. I've tried to contact them, but no response.
What can I do?
Not that I'll go bankrupt because of 12 EUR, but it is very rude of them. Obviously they are planning to take "free money" from accounts with less than 30 EUR.
