All are rigged? I find that just as silly as saying none are rigged. I am sure of little in life, but 1 thing I am sure of is that somewhere between 1% and 99% of online casinos are rigged for the house.

You can find silly whatever you like. One thing I am sure of is that you going around asking books to disable the casino for you tells me you aren't winning in them.

Don't understand it either. Real bad on their part. They let you go right under preferences so that you can get right back into it. Doesn't make any sense. Something should be done about this and maybe we can fill this thread up with complaints about it.

I admit to having a casino problem. I love heritage, its such a great book, but I have had to stop depositing there because of the I can't self-ban from the casino. BetOnline too.

i wouldnt have started the thread if it wasnt an issue for me. But this is not about me. Its about right and wrong.

And i believe it is wrong of me that i cannot stay away. But i think its wrong of heritage that they wont disable the casino. I could solve the issue by shutting down my account i presume. That would solve it for me but i obviously dont want to do that. heritage could solve the issue by making it at least SLIGHTLY difficult for someone who wants their casino closed to re-open it. That would help everybody who doesnt want the casino on. They choose not to do that. I dont shut my account cause I enjoy betting sports there. They dont shut off casinos of people who want it shut because??????

I can't understand how someone can say it's a great book while also saying stay far away from the casino because it's the biggest ripoff and don't use their live betting. It's like saying so and so is a great restaurant but stay away from the soups and salads because they'll give you diarrhea

I've said this before, but I would say that at least 90% of the people on this site are compulsive gamblers. Some will deny it and claim they win or have control but I don't believe it. The chances are that if are spending your time posting on the SBR website then you are not one of the people with self control in gambling. Long term sports is impossible to win at for a compulsive gambler. Casino's on or offshore are beyond impossible. To think that any casino would have any kind of moral standing is very naïve. Any company is in business to make money. Legit corporations could care less about people anymore. Heritage is no different, although it's not moral you can't fault them for grabbing as much money as possible. The only thing we can do is get help to try and save our money.

Oris it's like going to mcdonalds you love the Big Mac but the fish fillet not so much,heritage has fast payouts , great cash back program etc however there black jack you will lose 9 out of 10 times sometimes you say to yourself one night nothing on TV your drinking a nice cold one and the game you bet is down 24 and are sick of watching so your like Jesus Christ let me try the blackjack I'm penetrating do not the case you wil lose period.

i understand a land based casino, not allowing a player to self ban himself from the pits yet be allowed to use the poker room. thats too much of a hassle for them. for an online casino, its the click of a button. its a no brainer, how easy it is for them to do this for their customers. I cannot think of 1 logical reason they wont do this, other than "to get as much money as possible from those very customers who want the casino turned off". rubs me the wrong way

are you implying 5dimes and bookmaker dont want every dollar? I dont know how much $ a book would make by keeping casinos open of customers who want them turned off. Maybe 5dimes/bookmaker/every other book that i know of, feel that providing the minimal service of shutting casinos, creates goodwill with their clients that outweighs those shortterm profits.

Well that goes to highlight why many sites prefer to just leave it up to the player. If a player wants it disabled, then back on, and vice versa, it is not a good use of staff time to coach the player through the situation and make sure he really really wants it back on. What we often advise players to do is simply to change their passwords and then throw the new one out.

what??? i really have no idea what you are saying with the password and the whole thing.

This is NOT about staff time or anything from the books perspective. It is about making as much money per second as possible with their casino. Do you honestly believe it to be about anything else? If it was about staff time, they would not have re-enabled the casino every month for the past years and wasted everyone's time to disable it again and again each month.

Heritage used to allow blocking that lasted until the end of the current month. It would automatically unblock until you asked again for another month. Now the casino block is in the site's preferences. Too easy to unblock for those without self control.
