About 2 weeks ago, I deposited $100 via Neteller to Betmotion(I was looking for 150% bonus which I found on SBR)
Even though the deposit was made successfully, my balance didn't show because the account would need to be verified.
So I submitted passport/driver's license/address info and lastly they asked me to take a picture of myself holding driver's license.
I felt it was very rude & invasive and asked for a refund.
(Other than having made my 1st deposit, I haven't done anything)
Now it has been about a week since I asked for a refund and I keep getting the same message from every god damn customer support representative that they're reviewing it.
They(3 different people) keep on sending the same email everyday as if they're penetrating with me.
What's my play here? Do I need to wait longer? I emailed them I would take the issue with SBR.
Does anyone give me a name of SBR mod to whom I can email?
