My friend have one situation with Parimatch.com regarding bets on basketball players.
Below I am sending You short correspondence with their support team.


"I am contacting You regarding my bets on account.

I placed a bet on player Enes Kanter to score more than 15,5 points and he scored 25 points but You canceled that bet without reason.

I also placed a bet that player Kevin Durant will score less than 32,5 points and he scored only 27 points and my bet is again calculated as canceled.

I assume that Your reason is that other player didn t play but that can not be a reason because I placed a bet just on these specific player not on duel who will score more, so fact that other player didn t play is irelevant!

Please be kind and review my bets #55 and #56 again.

"Duel of the players" invites to guess which player scores more points, assists or rebounds. If one of the players doesn't take part in the match, all the bets are to be calculated with the coefficient 1.
You can view all of Your bets in the history as Basketball. NBA. Players Duel. Points.
That's why all of the bets, made in the "Duel of Players" section are regulated by the paragraph 5, even if they feature individual result of the specific player.

First, how can You expect from me to read russian letter?So what You are saying is that on same site You have different rules?

This is great cause for dispute because You are violating so many client rights by this.
Furthermore, if You interpret rules by this way why You have in offer these indvidual total points for players??

He tried but he never lost lol...And before teo days same situation happened, he placed a bet on chris paul to score less than 18,5 points and he scored 17 but parimatch again calculated as void because ty lawson didn t play
