heritage bitcoin withdrawl time frame

anyone have any experience with this? I want to make my first bitcoin withdrawal since i have been depositing with bitcoin but if its going to take longer than a day i'll ust do a p2p

First time poster, long time lurker...

I put in my request for a bitcoin withdrawal on 3/31...as of today, I'm still waiting for my funds (and the withdrawal was for a very insignificant amount of $. Go figure.

Really? With bitcoin sportsbooks they are almost always instant or do not take too much time.

I won a bet yesterday and had the winnings on my Debit Card within an hour. I was thinking about using Heritage through bitcoin, but 3 days for a Bitcoin withdraw? There is no reason it should take more than 15-30 minutes depending on your account/size of withdraw.

I was paid today. Apparently, the reason for the delay was that i was not receiving their emails asking me to call in to confirm the bitcoin payment. However, when i repeated my email back to the customer service agent, it matched exactly what they had on file. Not sure what happened there. But, at least I was paid.
