requested a payout book took out DOUBLE what I requested.
they are claiming that the # from the pack I gave them over a MONTH ago was no good. So they deducted those funds along with my payout. Keep in mind this was over a month ago, and I received a payout last week. What kind of shit is this? Any time I give them a # from the pack and then the funds hit my account, I rip up it up and throw it away.
Their exact words were "you used the money on the pack before we could so we take it out" I said how does that make any sense, the funds would have never been credited to my account in the first place! Their response was they check out the # to make sure its good to go, credit the account, then store the #s for payouts. So they are claiming a month later the # on the pack is no good and I used it!
What do I do here? I was already close to getting my account shutdown just cause i said "this is bullshit"
