BetTap remooved 600 euro from my account

Two days ago I got a massage from Bettap support. Here it is:

594.50 have been voided from your account due to your non allowed multiple bets placements on same event.

It was very strange for me.

Yes, I had placed multiple bets on the same event. Their system allows it. So I don't see why I should think it's prohibited. I have read Bettap's T&C but cannot find anything concerning multiple bets.

Did anybody have the same problem with BetTap?

Mostly soccer bets: double chance or DNB. Odds generrally much lower than 2,00.
Maximum bet size is 50 euro - not to much, especially if you bet for odds like 1,20.
So I used the possibility to place more than only one bet.

Genrally depends on there limits for a sporting event and if you're gone over there limit

I've seen this from a couple of other books recently. Seems unreasonable if it has nothing to do with circumventing limits.

Did you take a bonus with them? As they have pretty shit bonus rules where you can only bet a certain amount of the bonus at one time - its something ridiculous like max of $/£/€10. Perhaps the multiple bets on the same event is in the bonus rules somewhere. 10bet have a similar rule in their bonus terms, which is specifically highlighted so I'm guessing a lot of people have been abusing this.

Just a word of caution for the OP - If you did take a bonus with bettap, don't take a bonus with any of the other bookies they own as it is in the terms you can only take a bonus at one of their books.

I played without any bonus.
But today I have got a letter from Bettap
They answered my request and sent me this:

You have not laced bets according to the Sports Betting Terms and Conditions;

1.16 The customer may not combine related bets on the same event or place multiple identical bets. Related bets are two or more different bets that have related contingency. If such bets are mistakenly accepted by the Operator they will be declared void.

It's easy to see that these rules are to regulate promo conditions. Also these "General Sportsbook Rules" are not refered anywhere in the main T&C. Also there is no links to "General Sportsbook Rules" from the sportbook page(https://www.bettap.com/betting). So if you don't take a bonus, you have no chances to know about these additional Rules.

I tryed to solve the problem by myself, but now I can see they just want to steal my money. So I will send a compliant like Optional advised me.
