Coral keeps my money open for a year.Ridiculous and dangerous

I played today a tennis match live in coral and he said that he will keep my money open for a year because the match will be rescheduled.
So he will keeep my money for a year and who knows what will happen then .
This is an example of how ridiculous decisions taken from some companies can ruin their trustworthyness and send them to the lowest of their category.
Thats why 365 and one or two more are leaders and going even higher and others like coral are taking the elevator to the basement.

Got to be some misunderstanding here?
If the match is rescheduled it has to be within a day or so at most.
if not it has to be a refund.

It made me sick -i had to login again to coral to see the match
It was a match with boeykens and kvatsabaia

And on chat they said that the match is resheduled for 25th of December !!!! i dont know if they lied or not . and now my bets will stand and remain open till then !!!!
This is called theft in my village.

What precisely is the problem?
Match was played and decided on 23 March.
Should have been settled.
Has there been suspicion raised about a fix?

Coral is keeping my money pretenting that the match will be replayed on 25th of December on 2015 .
My LIVE bets which i made stand open in my bet history and will remain open till then as they said in chat.
I am very very angry about these gangsters.
In simple words they STOLE my money .
The match was yesterday and i played live in it and a small amount .
I have played hundreds of bets online and never have i heard a bigger nonsense .
I wish they close down and let people money to companies they deserve them.

There has to be some sort of communication problem here. It seems pretty cut and dry--the match is over, you either won or lost the bet. Ask them the details as to why your wager is held up, and let us know.

As for the bets they still remain open till 25th of December 2015
i can copy paste them here if you want.
I am so pissed off and mad with them .
I cant chat with them again .in the previous chat my blood was all over boiling my head and i sweared them heavily for what they have done and they told me not to use bad words .
What do they expect to hear when they confiscate peoples money but not curses ???

This is such a strange story maybe they will help explain it.

Nothing ever got solved with a book by yelling or swearing at them. Just gives them an excuse to ignore you quite often.

Anyway, don't worry. It does sound like one we might be able to help with. Has to be a communication breakdown I think.

I may be biased as I work for them, as a online group the website isn't very good but at shop level very competitive compared to hills and ladbrokes

Very poor service by coral not to sort this out buy now
