    Hi Hareeba!,

SBObet will be back on the odds grid later this year. It is a feed related issue.

      "later this year" ?

      seriously?
up to 9 months wait for them?
other services don't appear to be having a problem with SBO

This is extremely disappointing and I really can't understand the "feed related issue" excuse.

          And now Matchbook's not available!

This service is no use to me as it is now.

Other sites don't seem to have an issue with SBO feed so wtf's going on here?

Agree, that is weird, many months without feed.
Maybe SBR is not interested in SBObet anymore. I remember SBObet was on top banner last year, I have not seen them in months. Some months ago I asked SBR for an affiliate link, so SBR would get credit for my SBO join. They could not provide an affiliate link, so my joining went to no one.

I do not think SBR allows many Countries anymore to bet

                Many books do not

To summarize, using SBO's feed would require us to work on our current engine and then import the feed. We have elected to rebuild our entire engine, version 4, which allows for showing a lot more markets and more books. Doing anything to the current engine slows down the release of the upgraded product. When we release the new product, it will instantly feature more markets by more sportsbooks and continue to host more features monthly. Apologies for the present state of things. We will let you know of timelines for having SBObet and some other new bookmakers as we get closer.

                    Thanks for the explanation Bill.
On the surface it seems to make sense but seems rather odd to me as you used to be able to display their odds and several other odds comparison services have continued to do so, therefore it looks like SBR must have made some sort of change to their engine which put a stop to SBO.

That was over 10 months ago.

                        That was LAST YEAR!

                        "Feed related issue" BS!

                        Not feeding you enough $?

Other sites have no problem with SBO odds.

                        Why does SBR?

Will SBO EVER be on there again?

For the price, sbr odds is a pretty good service. Of course improvements could be made.

I'd happily pay twice as much if things like this got fixed.

ok im gonna play devils advocate here

firstly, why would having sbo make a difference? sbo offers low juice on soccer asian handicaps but not really competitive in other sports and since sbrodds is mostly american sports, what use is sbo? i could be wrong on this one though, you must have a reason for wanting it

second, cant you use a paid service and have a much better product? i mean, you cant demand much when a product is free. im sure the money is not an issue for you since you constantly promote yourself on sbr as a person who makes good money on sports wagering, complaining about the quality of a free product means either you are super thrifty or lying

Firstly, SBR said it would be back a long time ago. Then they made some excuse which didn't quite make a lot of sense to me but still said it would b back. And nothing in the meantime has suggested otherwise except that it isn't back!

Yes they are excellent for soccer. That's primarily why I use them.

I accept that SBR is free and therefore perhaps I shouldn't be too demanding. But a promise is a promise and they've broken it.

I could use a paid service but I find SBR convenient and they offer Pinnacle and Matchbook which are the other worthwhile soccer books. It would be nice to see SBO odds alongside those.

fair enough but still, sbrodds offers only a handful of soccer leagues

im almost certain the majority of your wagers are on games not shown on sbrodds

maybe after they add sbo you can convince them to add a few more leagues

For spread/asian handicap sports, it's hard to top SBR. For ML/1x2, I love betbrain.
