Usually they would pay out in 30mins to moneybookers which was superb but now they ask me for documents.
so i scanned what they asked, mailed it 2 weeks ago and got no response to this or any other email i sent. last tuesday i called them and they told me they got the scans and account will be verified asap and they will call me back imediately but guess what - it's friday and i still cant make a withdrawal and they never called me back. i'm quite pissed off, any ideas ho to make them verify the account?
